Service Agreement

Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our cryptographic infrastructure. Your access to the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Crypto Sync provides a browser-based computational interface for cryptographic algorithms. This service is provided as a utility for the developer and security communities. We do not provide financial advice, legal counsel, or professional security auditing through this platform.

2. No Custodial Relationship

Unlike traditional financial or data storage platforms, Crypto Sync is non-custodial. We do not hold, store, or manage your cryptographic keys, passwords, or encrypted payloads. You are exclusively responsible for the safe storage of any keys or data generated using our tools. If you lose a key or forget a password, the data is irretrievably lost.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTO SYNC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
• Any content obtained from the services.
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

4. Mathematical Integrity

While we utilize standard cryptographic libraries, we do not guarantee that the implementation is free from vulnerabilities or that the underlying mathematical algorithms will remain secure against future computational breakthroughs (e.g., quantum computing).

5. Intellectual Property

The user interface, design, branding, and original content of Crypto Sync are the intellectual property of its creators. The underlying cryptographic libraries (CryptoJS, JSEncrypt) are used under their respective open-source licenses. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the tools for personal or professional projects.

6. Prohibited Use Cases

You agree not to use Crypto Sync to:

• Facilitate any illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the website's delivery infrastructure.
• Scrape content for the purpose of creating a competing service without authorization.
• Violate any international export laws regarding cryptography.
